Welcome to the first edition of our new email newsletter.

 

These newsletters will keep you up to date with the latest from around the IMG STG offices, including new product announcements, tips and tricks, case studies plus new client announcements.

 

This first edition features news on our recent partnership with Cycling Australia, a case study on Newcastle Jets record membership, as well as product and online help developments.

IMG STG and Cycling Australia Join Forces

IMG Sports Technology Group has recently joined forces with Cycling Australia to provide a range of technology services including their membership database, event online registration and web sites.

Case study: Newcastle Jets break 10,000 members

The Newcastle Jets have reached their goal of 10,000 members only two weeks into the A-League season.

 

Using IMG STG's membership module, they now have the second highest membership tally behind only the Harry Kewell driven Melbourne Victory.

 

The Jets identified membership as a key driver to sustainable growth of their club and chose the IMG STG membership platform as the best option to take their membership offering to the higher levels.

Product News: Facebook and Mobile shops launched

IMG STG has recently launched two new add-ons to its online shop module - Facebook Shop and Mobile Shop.

 

Mobile internet use continues to grow, with many predicting it will overtake desktop internet use within the next 1-2 years. The recent growth of Facebook has been extraordinary, and provides yet another channel for clients to sell their products.

 

Both versions of the shop make use of the existing online retail module for product information and order processing, and allow clients to tap into these two growing markets.

Ticketdesq helps Fuzzy with Parklife music festival

IMG STG's ticketing division Ticketdesq recently completed a successful tour of the Parklife music festivals for promoter Fuzzy. Ticketdesq managed all online advanced ticket sales and the national Call Centre for telephone sales and enquiries for the concerts based in Perth, Brisbane, Sydney and Adelaide.

 

With the majority of tickets sold online, patrons received a confirmation email of their booking which also included a pdf e-ticket for printing at their convenience.


Parklife
New online Helpdesk now available

IMG STG recently launched a new online Helpdesk to add a new level of support to our clients.

 

As a further indication of our commitment to client support, this online tool provides a variety of tools to help clients with a wide range of queries.
