Can I get an invoice for the transaction?
Each time your credit card is charged, two emails are sent to the email address that is supplied during registration. The first will come from the client detailing your purchase, and the second one will come from payments@imgecommerce.com. Both of these receipts reference the item or registration package purchased, as well as reference and receipt numbers. If you require a second copy of the invoice, please contact the relevant organisation directly.
Can I get a refund?
Each of our clients manage their own refund policies. Please refer to the terms and conditions on their website that you agreed to upon registration to find out if you are eligible for a refund.
If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same transaction, please email info@imgstg.com quoting your full name, the exact transaction amount, date of transaction, and the last 4 digits on your credit card. We will be able to look into your inquiry and refund any incorrect charges within 48 hours.
