Athletics Australia and it's Member Associations are currently utilising the IMG Clubs online system to provide a wide range of Web based IT and data management services.

The IMG Clubs online system was chosen by Athletics Australia after extensive investigation into the market place. We looked closely at a wide range of directions both off-the-shelf solutions and custom built.

The outstanding aspects of Clubs online from Athletics Australia's point of view are:

Wide range of integrated services;
Efficient and cost effective custom development of athletics specific requirements;
Attractive commercial model (this being particularly important in engaging Member Associations and clubs);
and A fully integrated system for accepting entries, conducting competition and publishing results dramatically reducing administration workload at both National and State level.

Specifically Clubs online provides the sport of athletics at all levels from National to club with:

Online member and club registration and administration;
Online entry for athletics competition at all levels with full integration to Hytek Meet manager Software;
Consistent and highly functional web sites for each Member Association;
Online entry and administration of events, functions and coterie clubs;
Improved administration and communication with National Technical Officials and Volunteers;
Online shopping for a wide range of goods including merchandise and club uniforms;
and Whole of sport results engine, integrated with Hytek Meet manager that provides performance lists, meet results and athlete results profiles.

Additionally Athletics Australia is currently looking to expand the use of Clubs online to provide:

Administration and services to the recreational running community;
and Administration of a new Coach registration and education system

Feedback from our members show increased ratification levels due to the increased service, convenience and efficiency of the system.
