Online shopping checkout improved for all clients

Today IMG Sports Technology Group launched a completely redesigned checkout process for customers using our online shopping module, ShopDesq.

With ecommerce becoming more important to customers every day, we have designed the new checkout to be more user friendly, more robust and easier for customers to proceed through to final payment.

Key features of the new online shop checkout include:

  • The checkout funnel has been simplified, reducing the amount of steps required to complete an order
  • More robust validation
  • Improved user feedback if the user has provided incomplete information
  • Automatic credit card type selection based on supplied card
  • Hiding and revealing optional fields to reduce checkout length
  • Complete visual redesign for improved clarity and user experience
