New online Help Desk available to clients

IMG STG recently launched a new online Helpdesk to add a new level of support to our clients.

As a further indication of our commitment to client support, this online tool provides a variety of tools to help clients with a wide range of queries.

These features include:

• Online support ticket system – lodge a support request using our online form and track the response from our team
• FAQs – A fully searchable database of Frequently Asked Questions
• Noticeboard – status updates and system alerts
• “Get to Know” documents – the detailed training documentation for each module is now available to download via on the online helpdesk.
• Integrated Twitter notification – any mention of queries or problems sent to our Twitter account are notified to us via the helpdesk system

The helpdesk is designed to extend and complement our existing support services by providing these tools and information 24 hours a day. We have also recently increased our support staff with three new members of the client services department starting in the last month alone.

This new system will constantly evolve as we add more content and help documents, and we welcome any suggestions and feedback from clients on how to improve the service.
